These Terms and Conditions apply to the access and continued use of the Clear from the Crowd website, and / or engagement with us through other means including email and telephone. By engaging with Clear from the Crowd in relation to the provision of our services you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of our website, or engagement with us.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued use of our services following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms and Conditions you should immediately stop using our services.
No contract exists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any services at any time.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to Clear from the Crowd, this includes but is not limited to information given verbally or in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
Our advice in providing our services is offered in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge, however we do not accept liability should you suffer loss or damage as a result of taking this advice.
Pricing
All prices listed on the Clear from the Crowd website are subject to change without prior notice. Should our prices change after you have placed an order, then the price at the time of purchase will apply.
Discounted Rates on Bundles
All services can be ordered individually. For specified services, a discounted fee will be applied to any other services ordered at the same time as a bundle.
All rates are detailed in the charges tables on the website services’ pages.
Payment
Once the service(s) to be provided has been agreed, full payment into Clear from the Crowd bank account is required before your order is accepted and work can commence.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your contract with us after payment, please notify us immediately by email.
As outlined in Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you wish to cancel a service you have arranged with us online via our website, by email or over the phone, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. The exception to this is where you request a service to start during this 14-day period. In this case Clear from the Crowd will keep what fee is necessary to cover the cost of the service provided up to the point of cancellation.
If we have not carried out any work at the point at which we receive your notification to cancel the contract, then we will refund 100% of the fee.
If we have carried out a partial amount of the work, we will refund a percentage of the fees based on the amount of work carried out prior to notification of cancellation.
If the services have already been provided, then we will not be able to cancel the order and a 100% of the fees will be payable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
Telephone or Video Consultation
We will contact you within 48 hours of your order being accepted to book a convenient time for your consultation. The length of the consultation is dependent on the service(s) purchased.
CV and Cover Letter Writing
1. Your current CV and / or a completed Client Information Form must be received by Clear from the Crowd a minimum of 48 hours prior to the telephone or video consultation. If all the required information is not received within the agreed timeframe, this could delay delivery of your CV / Cover Letter.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to us. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
2. Following the consultation, a draft CV / Cover Letter will be written and emailed to you as a Word document within 5 working days for your review.
3. If you do require any alterations to the CV / Cover Letter, you have 10 working days from receipt of the draft copy to advise us by email. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the price.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in your new or rewritten CV / Cover Letter is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
LinkedIn Profile
1. Your current CV and / or a completed Client Information Form must be received by Clear from the Crowd a minimum of 48 hours prior to the telephone or video consultation. If all the required information is not received within the agreed timeframe, this could delay delivery of your profile.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to us. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
2. Following the consultation, your draft LinkedIn profile will be written and emailed to you as a Word document within 5 working days for your review. The document will contain all the required data for you to copy and paste into LinkedIn to create your profile. We will not accept any personal log-in information.
3. If you do require any alterations to the draft LinkedIn profile, you have 10 working days from receipt of the draft copy to advise us by email. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the price.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in your LinkedIn profile is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
Job Search Techniques
1. Your current CV and / or a completed Client Information Form must be received by Clear from the Crowd a minimum of 48 hours prior to the telephone or video consultation.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to us. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
2. The consultation will discuss your career aspirations, the kinds of new roles that you would like to apply for, and the options for searching for your next role.
3. A final summary of the discussion during the consultation, including details of the best job search techniques for you, will be sent to you in Word format within 5 working days of the consultation.
Job Applications
1. Your current CV and / or a completed Client Information Form as well as the relevant documents relating to any specific vacancy must be received by Clear from the Crowd a minimum of 48 hours prior to the telephone or video consultation.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to us. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
2. The consultation will consist of an in-depth discussion to ensure that you understand the criteria in the Job Description and Person Specification; and identify the key evidence that the employer wants to see demonstrated.
3. Following the consultation, a draft Personal Statement will be written and emailed to you as a Word document within 5 working days for your review. If you do require any alterations to your Personal Statement, you have 10 working days from receipt of the draft copy to advise us by email. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the price. If all the required information is not received within the agreed timeframe, this could delay delivery of the Personal Statement.
4. Feedback on your final application will be provided once you have completed the entire application form. Feedback will consist of any suggested amendments to your application before you submit it to the organisation.

Interview Preparation
1. Your current CV and / or a completed Client Information Form as well as the relevant documents relating to any specific vacancy must be received by Clear from the Crowd a minimum of 48 hours prior to the telephone or video consultation.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to us. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
2. The initial consultation will be used to establish your concerns about being interviewed, discuss previous issues you have had in interviews and provide advice on how to prepare properly for your interview.
3. Following the initial consultation, a mock interview, tailored for you, will be held by telephone or video meeting. If all the required information is not received within the agreed timeframe, this could delay delivery of the mock interview.
4. A final consultation will provide feedback on your mock interview and suggestions will be made on future improvements to your interview technique.
